I've always been a big animal lover, and One Piece is no different! The diversity is huge, and there are so many fascinating and funny species, I consider it a very important part of the worldbuilding of One Piece; everyone remembers at least one from each arc! They deserve more love!
Favorite OP animal(s): PIERRE my beloved. Also Karoo, Chouchou, Laboon, Billy, the Kung-Fu Dugongs...
There's a reason I always put "cat mom" somewhere in my bios, my love for animals is a big part of who I am and that extends to any fictional floof, crawler and critter as well! Laboon's story is one of my all time favorites and there's so many more incredible creatures in One Piece, so I'm all for giving them their well-deserved spot in the limelight!
Favorite OP animal(s): Laboon!!
Yo, it's Egg again. (Yes, I am doing too many things all the time, BUT!) I am very excited for this project. All the creatures of One Piece are so much fun- it's hard to even try and pick a favorite. I do love all the animals they meet on Skypiea though. Looking forward to working with everyone on this super fun concept!
Favorite OP animal(s): Duck Squad wooOoo (said like "Duck Tales"), South Bird, Laboon!
I'm Jess! I love One piece and especially all the critters that come with it. My favorite would be Zeus (if he counted!!) but anyway, I also love komachiyo, he deserve pats
Favorite OP animal(s): if zeus counted he would be number one.. other than that Komachiyo, Nola, and sanji's little mouse friend 🙂
Everyone who knows me (or has seen my username) knows I am an animal lover—yes, I am biased towards ducks & hamsters & also my pet cat. In the OP world, my favs are the kung-fu dugongs 👊! Pierre's derpy face and his “pegasus” form send me, though. Fun fact: did you know Pierre's VA is the same for Zoro? (Pierre's probably the final boss, I'm calling it now)
Favorite OP animal(s): The kung-fu dugongs!!! The alabasta animals in general tbh, & ofc sanji's mouse friend! Pierre will rule the world!

Q: What is a zine?
A: A zine, shortened term for fanzine, is a non-official publication focusing on a specific theme. It usually features a collection of artistic works such as illustrations and stories organized and compiled into a physical and/or digital book.
Q: Does it cost something to participate?
A: No, it’s free! You just need to apply during the contributor applications.
Q: Do I need experience to apply?
A: No, quite the opposite! This project is a beginner-friendly zine and will prioritize applicants that have been featured in 2 or less One Piece zines before.
Q: Can I apply for more than one role?
A: Yes, you can! But you will only be selected for one.
Q: I am interested in being a contributor for this project but I’ve already been featured in more than 2 One Piece zines. Does this mean I can’t apply?
A: You can still apply! However, you will not be prioritized as we will be accepting beginners first and foremost, and then, if we still have some spots left, we will be reviewing the ones that have been in zines before.
Q: I have been in less than 2 One Piece zines but I have a large amount of followers on my social media. Will this affect my application in any way?
A: Not at all! You can have a big following and still have never been featured in a zine before, so you will be reviewed as a zine beginner as well!
Q: Does the “less than 2 zines” rule apply to non-One Piece zines?
A: No, this rule strictly applies to the One Piece-centric zines.
Q: Can I draw/write about human characters, like Vivi with Karoo for example?
A: You can! But the animal(s) must remain the main focus of your piece.
